1. Acceptance of these terms

These terms govern your use of the Agendaire website, web application, and related features (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You are responsible for providing accurate account information, protecting your login credentials, and for activity that occurs through your account.

Agendaire may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users, the Service, or to address misuse or legal requirements.

3. The Service

Agendaire provides personal organization tools including notes, calendars, tasks, planning, health and wellness tracking, money tracking, journaling, travel planning, activities, and related features.

Features may be added, changed, improved, or removed as the product develops. During beta, some features may be experimental or change without advance notice.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of content you create or upload to Agendaire. You give Agendaire and its service providers the limited permission needed to store, process, display, transmit, and back up that content for the purpose of operating the Service.

You are responsible for ensuring that content you upload or store does not violate applicable law or another person's rights.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use Agendaire to:

• break applicable law or infringe another person's rights;
• upload malware or intentionally harmful code;
• attempt unauthorized access to accounts, data, or systems;
• interfere with the operation or security of the Service;
• use the Service to harass, defraud, or harm others; or
• misuse automated access in a way that disrupts the Service.

6. Health, financial, and other personal tracking

Agendaire's health, money, planning, and similar features are personal organization tools. They do not provide medical, financial, legal, tax, investment, or other professional advice. Use qualified professionals for decisions that require professional judgment.

7. AI features

Some Agendaire features use AI to summarize, organize, generate, or analyze content at your request. AI output may be incomplete or incorrect and should be reviewed before you rely on it. Personal-content AI features require the user-facing acknowledgement provided in the app.

8. Beta access and pricing

Agendaire is currently available free during beta with the current feature set. No payment card is required to begin using the beta. If paid plans, subscriptions, or other charges are introduced later, the applicable price and payment terms will be presented before users are charged.

9. Availability and changes

We work to keep Agendaire available and useful, but uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed. Maintenance, platform issues, third-party outages, updates, or security needs may affect availability.

10. Account deletion and data export

Signed-in users can export Agendaire data and submit an account-deletion request from Settings. Deletion requests are processed through Agendaire's account-deletion workflow. Some platform-level account records may require separate processing by the underlying authentication provider.

11. Third-party services

Agendaire relies on third-party services and infrastructure to provide parts of the Service. Those providers may have their own terms and privacy practices. Agendaire is not responsible for third-party websites you choose to visit from links in the Service.

12. Disclaimers and limitation

The Service is provided on an "as available" basis to the extent permitted by applicable law. You are responsible for maintaining appropriate copies of information that is critical to you.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as Agendaire evolves. The revision date will be changed when the terms are updated. Material changes may also be communicated through the Service or by email when appropriate.
