- Consent: Where you have given clear consent for us to process your personal data for a specific purpose (e.g., marketing communications).

6. Data Retention
We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected:
We keep personal data for as long as needed to provide Agendaire, meet legitimate operational or legal requirements, resolve disputes, and protect the Service. Retention can vary by data type and the services used to operate Agendaire.
When you enable a personal AI feature, Agendaire sends only the note text, selected source text, uploaded source file, URL, question, or other context required for that request. Agendaire keeps an owner-only usage record containing the feature, high-level data categories, outcome, and time, but does not copy prompts, source values, files, or AI responses into that record. The platform does not expose the AI provider's retention period; provider-side retention must therefore be treated as undisclosed.
You can request deletion from your account settings or by contacting us. Agendaire records the request and removes user-owned application data through the account-deletion process. Some platform, security, billing, or legally required records may need separate handling or retention.
7. Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction:
- Access controls: User-owned records are protected with account-based permissions and role controls.
- Authentication: Private Agendaire areas require an authenticated account.
- Application safeguards: Agendaire validates uploads, restricts administrative functions, and sanitizes user-supplied HTML before display.
- Platform safeguards: Agendaire also relies on the security controls provided by its hosting and infrastructure providers.
No online service can guarantee absolute security. We review and improve safeguards as the Service evolves.
8. Your Data Protection Rights
Depending on your location, you have certain rights regarding your personal data:
Right of Access
You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
Right to Rectification
You can request that we correct any inaccurate or incomplete data.
Right to Erasure ("Right to be Forgotten")
